When I go into device manager->network adapters, all I see is Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter. But on my pc, it says to install a driver for your network adapter. It didn't have this issue before upgrading ((win7, 64bit prior) My internet is not the problem, as my laptop/ps3/cell phones all connect to it fine. I upgraded my pc to windows 8, and after the installation was complete, my pc is unable to connect to the internet. I am using a different computer to post this.
